Friendship

I’ve spent the last 10 hours or so, thinking about something that was bothering me. After a fair few months, I finally took action. A friendship has been on the rocks for some time, and one of us had to take that first step.

I am petrified of confrontation, but this person has been in my life for a long time, has had my back, and I’ve had theirs. We’ve shared up and down, laughter and tears, and  many private thoughts.

I’m so glad I bit the bullet and reached out. If someone, or something means that much, take action.

Changing Seasons

After a glorious summer, Kitten was ready for fall. She loved the way green leaves turned beautiful shades of orange, gold and amber, how they crunched beneath her feet as she walked and danced through them. But her favourite thing, was Halloween, so she dragged Tom Cat out to buy pumpkins, she needed to practice her carving. This year, she was going to carve her best yet!

A Witches Best Behaviour

Kitten had been left in charge of handing out the children’s candy when they came to call, so she decided to dress up for the occasion. She borrowed the old woman’s hat, found her broom, slipped into her little black dress and….tada! Scooping up her faithful pet, Mr Cupcake, she headed for the door to greet the neighbourhood kids.
