As she crept from her shelf, the elf looked around, what mischief can she get into tonight? Walking the dog

Friendship

I’ve spent the last 10 hours or so, thinking about something that was bothering me. After a fair few months, I finally took action. A friendship has been on the rocks for some time, and one of us had to take that first step.

I am petrified of confrontation, but this person has been in my life for a long time, has had my back, and I’ve had theirs. We’ve shared up and down, laughter and tears, and  many private thoughts.

Gift Wrapped

She was almost ready, her house was beautifully decorated, almost all the gifts were wrapped, so she could relax a little. Shhhh…coffee

Kitten was never able to function before she’d had her first coffee of the day. She poured herself a fresh, steaming mug, and relaxed into her favourite chair.
