I’ve spent the last 10 hours or so, thinking about something that was bothering me. After a fair few months, I finally took action. A friendship has been on the rocks for some time, and one of us had to take that first step.
I am petrified of confrontation, but this person has been in my life for a long time, has had my back, and I’ve had theirs. We’ve shared up and down, laughter and tears, and many private thoughts.
I’m so glad I bit the bullet and reached out. If someone, or something means that much, take action.
